My name is Dennis James Reid.

You can call me Rott.

I hail from the frozen wasteland known as Alaska, where I grew up Cold, Hard and Metal.

I’ve been in several bands.

I am a lyricist and a front-man.

After 38 winters I decided to take my madness to Washington.

I like it here. It’s like Alaska, but with seasons.

The winters are cute.

After a divorce, I was drunk in a bar without a band, hating on life, when I decided to get on stage and vent.

That was my first open mic comedy set.

It served as a nice patch for being in front of people and entertaining the Humans...

And therapy.

5 years ago I decided to quit drinking…why?

I still don't know.

I also quit several “bad for you” things that seemed to be killing me.

In 2023, I quit smoking the marijuana.

I also grew a beard.

(Not sure if those things are related)

Now, my comedy seems to be getting good enough to call my self a Comedian. (Even get paid sometimes.)

And I have headlined a few shows for Comedy in Kitsap and I have done one special called "Only Losers Quit."

I have a band again in the works:

"RISING OF THE TIDES"

I’m a 50 year old man who has no intention of slowing down.
